While on a study abroad trip in Japan, I interned with a company called Ubie. We were challenged with creating a new healthcare app that tackles the several pain points of the healthcare experience.
Project goal:
Create an app that connects to the user’s insurance database. This app could then manage everything that falls under their healthcare. This app would give users peace of mind when it comes to finding quick, quality care.
Solution:
An app connected to your insurance that can help you find covered care and medication easily. In addition, the UBIE health app offers real time conversation with doctors. Finally, this app can also guide you in managing your records, prescriptions, appointments and billing.
